AL - Account Manager/ Sales

We are seeking an Account Manager to join our sales team! We are looking for team and goal minded sales professionals to aid our efforts in continuing our growth in the Electronic Security Market.

 

  • Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
  • Prospect and contact potential customers
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
  • Create sales material to present to customers

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales in the electronic security market preferred but not required
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms preferred but not required
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Familiarity with the local Montgomery, AL area preferred

AL - Experienced Service Tech

We are seeking full-time service technicians to provide service on access control and CCTV systems with 5 or more years of experience. The ideal candidate would have experience with multiple enterprise level access control systems, IP video, analog video systems and have a basic understanding of networking and the practical application when applied to low voltage systems.

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate Must possess a good understanding of low voltage electronics and be able to use various testing equipment including a volt-meter, Network tester and battery load tester.
  • Applicant must possess great communication skills and be a dynamic problem solver.
  • Applicant must possess a “Whatever it takes” attitude and be willing to go above and beyond for the customer.
  • Applicant must be a team player and a customer service oriented.
  • Applicant must be prompt, organized and detail oriented.
  • Applicants must be able to pass a full criminal background check, and have a clean driving record. Drug screening is mandatory.
  • Fire alarm, intrusion/burg systems, nurse call, fiber optic terminating, lock hardware experience and industry certifications are a plus.
  • Additional Training will be provided.
  • We offer a great benefit package and potential for a drive home company vehicle.
  • Past work history will be verified. Anyone with a poor track record need not apply.
