The Challenge
BCA was operating two separate standalone access control systems alongside an older third-party camera platform. The systems did not work as one environment, creating inconsistent hardware, mixed credential formats, fragmented oversight, and more administrative complexity across campus.

SSP migrated the standalone systems into one Brivo cloud platform, standardized campus readers and credentials, and deployed new readers at gates and building entrances.
Modern Video Surveillance
Eagle Eye Networks provided HD video, improved coverage, mobile accessibility, and integrated event review so access activity and video footage could be reviewed together.
Future-Ready Infrastructure
Equipment racks, power supplies, controllers, cabling, and system architecture were organized around cleaner maintenance and scalable future expansion.
